The folders must be open, not simply selected. New Contributor. I am able to log in fine but when I go to transfer files from a PC, the system hangs. I can disconnect and not lock up my browser. Have tried both safari and firefox with no difference. Alternatively, since I run parallels, I can log in from the windows side and the file transfer works fine. Somewhat defeats the purpose though.
