Edit Notes If you would like to edit or delete an existing check-in, simply tap on the check-in. Delete a Check In To delete, tap on the check-in. You can complete an Official Check In from either the "Team" tab or "Home" tab by simply tapping on the "Check In" button at the bottom of the screen. The earliest a "Check In" can be completed is 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time, and you must be near or in the stadium. If you are not near or in the stadium, the check-in attempt will fail with an appropriate error message.
If you believe an error has occurred, you can tap on the "Refresh" button to refresh the information in an attempt to better locate you. Please ensure the location services on your device are enabled. If you've passed the location verification, you will be able to enter information such as seating, notes, the ability to add a photo to your Check In, and finally, tap "Check In" to complete the process.
After successfully checking in, you will have the ability to jump to the Tickets Tab to view offers you may have unlocked. Accessing Unlocked Offers Once an Official Check In has occurred, fans can access any unlocked offers directly in their wallet. To do so: Tap on the "Tickets" tab in the navigation bar. In the top right corner, you'll tap on the "Offers" icon. It looks like a tag. From there, you'll be shown all offers that you have unlocked, and can now redeem.

For an Individual ticket: Tap on the "selection circle" to the left of the ticket that you wish to forward. A check mark will appear next to the selected ticket. Tap the "Forward Tickets" button and choose your delivery method. Tap on an email from this list to immediately forward a ticket to the selected email without needing to manually type the email or open your device contacts.
If an email is selected, the individual's name and email address will be populated. Tap "Send" to forward. If a phone number is selected, you will be able to forward the ticket through a text conversation.

Do I need to verify my email address to access tickets? If you previously linked your Phillies ticket account and MLB account, or verified the email address associated with your MLB account, the MLB Ballpark app will recognize that and you will not be asked to verify again.
You can find tickets that you purchased with another of your email addresses by tapping the Profile icon in the top left hand corner of the Home Tab, tapping My MLB Account Emails, and entering the email address associated with your ticket purchase in the Add Another Email field. An email will be sent to the email address. After verifying the association you will be able to access and manage all tickets associated with your secondary email address.
My email address is verified, I see a ticket account number in the Ticket Accounts page. Why aren't my tickets showing up in the MLB Ballpark app? After you've confirmed that the tickets were purchased with an email address that is verified on the My MLB Account Emails page accessible by tapping the Profile icon in the top left hand corner of the Home Tab and then tapping My MLB Account Emails and that your Phillies ticket account is displaying on the Ticket Accounts page, you may need to refresh your Tickets tab by pulling down on the screen or clicking the Refresh button to see updated ticket inventory.
After downloading the MLB Ballpark app, click the Tickets icon on the bottom tab to see all of the tickets you own. Can I see all my tickets for all teams within the Wallet, or just one team at a time?
You will be able to access your tickets to any MLB team's game or event as long as you used the same MLB account or email address to purchase the tickets. In the team page accessed via the bottom tab bar, you can find detailed information about the day's event. Tickets sold on StubHub are no longer accessible to you. The tickets you owned are no longer valid. If you wish to sell any tickets you've purchased directly from the Phillies, you may do so via your "My Phillies Tickets" account on phillies.
Tickets may be forwarded via the MLB Ballpark app but resale functionality is not available at this time. Can I purchase tickets to Phillies games from secondary marketing providers other than StubHub? The Phillies do not recommend purchasing tickets from sources other than the Phillies directly or StubHub, the official secondary marketplace of the Philadelphia Phillies. For fans who do purchase from other providers, our team is not able to provide support or troubleshooting for any issues regarding their ticket.
Fans using any other channels to purchase tickets do so at their own risk. Next, confirm that a Phillies ticket account is displaying on the My Ticket Accounts page. If your Phillies tickets were originally forwarded to you by another Ballpark app user, the original sender may have canceled the forward and you should check with the person who sent you the tickets. If you are still having difficulty locating mobile tickets you believe should be appearing in your Tickets tab, contact Phillies Tickets Services at [email protected] or Tickets that you have forwarded to friends will not show a barcode.
There will be a message that the ticket has been forwarded with a cancel button in place of the barcode. Once Phillies tickets are purchased via an exclusive presale or the general on-sale, your tickets will automatically appear in the Wallet within the Tickets tab of the MLB Ballpark app. Each ticket has a mobile ticket barcode that must be scanned for entry via your mobile device. If you purchased tickets with the same email address you used to log in to the Ballpark app, your tickets will already be tied to your MLB account and will automatically appear.
You may need to verify your email address in order to access and manage your tickets.
